Present Perfect Continuous

A. The Present Perfect Continuous is formed with have/has been and the ‘-ing’ form of the verb

B. We use the Present Perfect Continuous for an activity that has recently stopped or just stopped. There is a connection with now
B1. use the Present Perfect Continuous with how long, for ~ and since ~. The activity is still happening or has just stopped
B2. can use the Present Perfect Continuous for actions repeated over a period of time
